Harvest by hand

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a max. temperature of  28° for 12-18 days with submersed cap and frequent délestages

Maturation 12-18 months in oak barrels of medium dimension, then 12 months of ageing in the bottle

Colour bright ruby red

Nose expressive aroma, typical, fine, with elegant notes of cherries and red fruits, hints of holm oak and earth

On the palate medium structure, round and well-balanced, well-integrated acidity, strong but unostentatious tannins, spicy and long lasting finish

Drinking temperature 18-20° C
