Harvest by hand with a careful selection of the best Sangiovese grapes from different vineyards of Il Palagio

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a max. temperature of 28° for 21 days
Maturation 24 months in oak barrels à 1.000 litres; ageing in the bottle for min. 6 months

Colour clear purple red with slight nuances of garnet red

Nose expressive, with notes of red fruits and a hint of oak  

On the palate well structured, harmonious, fresh, elegant and long lasting finish

Drinking temperature 18-20° C
