Each bedroom possesses its own unique identity and history, featuring private bathrooms and spacious living areas designed for families or groups of friends to enjoy together. The inner courtyard is a true hidden gem—an open-air lounge that replaces the traditional wooden beams found inside the villa with the vast Tuscan sky. Outside, the manicured garden, swimming pool, and shaded pergola offer guests a serene retreat within a unique landscape. The interiors, arranged in adjacent and interconnecting apartments, can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests.
During the mid and high seasons, we require a minimum stay of one week, with arrivals preferred on Friday or Saturday.

While the entire estate is available for exclusive use, our apartments can also be booked individually. During the mid and high seasons, we require a minimum stay of one week, with arrivals preferred on Friday or Saturday.
