A 13th century villa for you!
The Palagio di Panzano to preserve its architectural complexity was completely renovated keeping the traces of the past and bringing to light historical elements. It has been tastefully furnished respecting the needs of guests. The Tuscan architecture blends perfectly with the modern comfort of the rooms and the relaxed atmosphere. Each room has its own identity and history, and to this end Franco was able to complete the furniture with original objects purchased in antique markets by joining them to contemporary design techniques and details. The inner courtyard, the garden with pool and relaxation area, the family garden where to collect seasonal vegetables and the shaded pergola are available to guests who can spend hours of serenity immersed in a unique landscape. The interiors, partly divided into adjacent and communicating apartments can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 20 people. That’s why it is ideal for family gatherings, groups of friends or acquaintances. Guests can enjoy moments together passionately while maintaining each their privacy.
This villa is great for all those who want to enjoy nature, art, wine and Tuscan cuisine.

Here, hospitality as well as the philosophy of production embrace essentiality, simplicity and colors are inspired by those of the surrounding nature. Monia and Franco are guardians of this place and protect it with great care inviting guests to feel part of their “Chianti” roots.

During your stay you will immerse yourself in the warm and familiar atmosphere of Il Palagio di Panzano. We would like you to feel the love that we, Monia and Franco, feel and dedicate to this farmhouse steeped in history. The exposed stones, old beams, fireplaces together with the doors, wardrobes and cupboards restored by Franco, are original elements that contribute to the unique atmosphere of the villa. The apartments can also be booked individually. We require a minimum of one week stay in medium and high season: friday or saturday arrival is preferable.
